I sent the day exploring the Owyhee Desert area of SW Idaho and SE Oregon with the Grenadier.

Just curious. You just have your rtt resting on factor rails. And custom brackets to bolt to grab handle mounting bolts?

Looking a little Smokey out there. I read all fires in Id went plume dominated yesterday. Tis the season I suppose.

Correct. The factory rails are rated to take the full roof capacity. This allows me to save the weight, height and cost of a roof rack.

It's been one of the worst fire seasons we've ever had. It was also one of if not the hot summer on record! Hopefully the cool weather we have on the horizon helps and doesn't bring the usual late season lighting storms.

This is out towards Succor Creek area. Great road and trail systems to get out and explore.
The Steens and the Alvord are amazing as well. They’re just far enough away that it’s had to do in a normal weekend from where I’m at.
