I'm organising a Grenadier owners day in East Lothain on Saturday 27th of September. A chance to meet and have a chat to other Scottish Grenadier owners.
I run Far by Four on a private Scottish Estate and provide off road driver training throughout Scotland for many business's and organisations including Scottish Mountain Rescue and HM Coastguard. I'm also a Grenadier owner and was involved in the original UK launch of the Grenadier back in 2022 ,so I know my way around the Grenadier fairly well.
The plan for the day would be to start by having a friendly chat with other Grenadier owners before we head up to the start of my off road tracks where I can show and explain to you how the vehicles transmission and traction aids work over some fairly gentle terrain. There is a lot to learn with the Grenadier and the best way to understand it all is from behind the wheel in your own vehicle, so under supervision everyone will have the opportunity to drive some of the tracks to get a feel for the Grenadier.
We stop for an informal lunch before heading out in the afternoon to experience more of the tracks and trails on the estate that can be as mild or challenging as you want. Non of the tracks on the estate are vehicle damaging and nobody would be under any pressure to drive somewhere they were not comfortable with. I want the day to be a relaxed and social and enjoyable!
If you would be interested in joining me on September 27th then please let me know via the forum or farxfour@btinternet.com
There will be more details to follow.
