I was trying to pull the line out of the winch this morning, the winch will not free spool like some others. The problem is it wouldn’t engage and go back in. I had to roll up the line and throw it in the front seat. Off to the dealer it went. No grinding noise, just free spinning, wouldn’t turn the drum at all. Any ideas?
