I’d be going for the factory fit winch and lockers myself you then have the 5 year warranty inclusive. It may take a while for aftermarket suppliers to come up with alternative options also.
I think NA is a 3-year warranty, but it's covered nonetheless.

Update - Defender X-Tech 90 sold (for more than I paid for it 10 years ago). Still waiting for my IG and have just acquired a VW Golf for running about. My drive has a 4x4 gap on it - first time since I passed my test at 17!

I get that knee AB’s might be a requirement in the US but not elsewhere, and TSA might be prohibited in the US for some reason. But why wouldn’t they just make the SOS feature standard across all markets? Our X3 has it and I assume other makes have it in Oz. Why not IG I wonder?

Could be because if you provide it, it has to work.
Our mobile coverage is pretty poor anywhere outside major towns
This Telstra coverage on the left and it isn't accurate then right is Optus coverage
I have one phone on Telstra and another on Optus and I loose signal on both 10kms from home and then range from 1 bar to 5 bars signal strength on the highway with regular call dropouts.

Fair enough although the same argument could be had for the orher makes who provide it. They might not go on the dirt roads, but there are heaps of bitumen roads without decent coverage.

For the nominal cost I would have thought something like this would have been easier to just add to everything rather than have it as an option in the production line. Maybe I’m overthinking it - I’ve been accused of that occasionally. 😂😂

I have it in my Mercedes but it doesn't work if you push the button unless you have a phone paired to the car

I'll kick of with:

Discovery 4
Lotus Esprit V8GT

and yes, there appears to be a British thing going on here.
I have a 1995 300TDi Defender (I have had it from new, so one owner 112,000 miles) and a 2008 Range Rover L322 and a Mercedes ML63 and a Mercedes S320 and I hope to get an Ineos shortly, I ordered in October 2021, I have been advised it has been manufactured.

Very fun to see that most of us have quite a similar batch of vehicles. Ineos seems to have hit the Grenadier's intended market pretty well.

1991 Defender 110 Tithonus, 2017 Disco for the wife, and 2016 Range Rover Sport v8 Supercharged for my daily. Gotta decide what to part with for the Grenadier!

The RR sport before it goes into costly repair mode like a lot of them seem to. A nice quandary to have though buddy
