Model number/Product Code preferred. If they are custom, what model /product number are they closest to? Also, when activated, do the e-lockers disengage when shifting from drive to reverse and vice versa?

Yes they do like all Eaton E-Lockers (unlock). Not sure if they have released the information regarding what particular model of Eaton Locker they are.
 
Can they be added after the build and if so is the vehicle already prewired if you’ve purchased the overhead electrical upgrade package

The Eaton lockers are specifically adapted for the Carraro axles and are most probably delivered from Carraro with lockers in place where the Trialmaster or the "rough stuff"package has been optioned. The electrical upgrade doesn't specify wiring for lockers...
