It might be the mic for the passenger as part of the hands free phone feature of the IG .

So what are FI29 Customer Provision, LHS Footwell & FI30 Customer Provision, RHS Footwell then?

It maybe all part of the same thing.

Each end is bare wire, no one has yet confirmed whether the footwell wires are fused through the fuse box, it is quite possible they are. I am
hoping they are.

EDIT: The INEOS Manual supplied with the car, shows three fuses boxes. We have found up to 6 fuse boxes on production cars, so far. Still a lot to learn about the finer details of the car.

They are the wire ends from the power outlets in the footwells. Each end has the bare wires which you need to connect to an accessry of your choice at one end and the battery at the other.
Are you sure, I thought there were already fused supplies identified for the footwell outlets?
A continuity test with a multimeter would confirm.

Usually those little dash vents are a return air temp sensor for AC. If you look closely with a torch you might see a very small intake fan behind that draws air in across the sensor.
These meshed vents (photo below) look like the L & R mics for the hands free system.

Yes it would but until someone does making definitive statements such as "They are the wire ends from the power outlets in the footwells. Each end has the bare wires which you need to connect to an accessory of your choice at one end and the battery at the other.", and "99% certain" is just plain wrong.
