I went a little different direction with seat covers. Knightsbridge Overland "tactical" covers. More molle, for more organization/storage options.

Nice to have options but damn… $800 for front and rearsI went a little different direction with seat covers. Knightsbridge Overland "tactical" covers. More molle, for more organization/storage options.View attachment 7888901View attachment 7888902View attachment 7888904
IDK, I’ll let you know. I literally just did it before posting and figured I’d give a few hrs for the 3m adhesive to set.@Jiman01 any change in wind noise?
I think they say it will hold up to 30lbs, I'm guessing that's per seat.Nice to have options but damn… $800 for front and rears
If you do hang anything off the molle I’d be interested to know if the covers hold there shape from the added weight.
Maybe I missed it... how does this prevent a cracked windscreen?I went the way of the cracked windshield thread and installed the rubber trim. Took about 10min.
Here’s what I bought:
Wiped the edge of the windshield edge with alchohol and just started on one side by the top factory rubber trim and worked it down and around the bottom corners (it shapes itself without cutting). I happened to start on the RAI side and ended on the driver side. If you zoom in, I could have finished it closer to the OEM trim by the roof gutter, oh well
IMO it looks factory and was cheap enough that it was worth a try to prevent a cracked windshield. There's also enough left over to do another windshield.

Theory is that if an object (ie: rock) hits the exposed edge, it could lead to a crack because many cracks seem to start from the bottom unprotected edgeMaybe I missed it... how does this prevent a cracked windscreen?
