What did you do with your Grenadier today?

My wife was complaining that when she mows the lawn the full grass catcher from the mower is very heavy to carry all the way down the back yard to empty.
Today I went to Bunnings (hardware store) and purchased a really good wheelbarrow to make it easier for her.
Some people say I am insensitive and uncaring............guess that shows them.
Lucky I have installed the fully flat, carpeted, load floor in my Grenny.
This wheelbarrow is 710mm high x 700mm wide x 1500mm long.
Fits easily in the beast

Get her a gym membership to improve her strength.

First wedding anniversary bought the missus an ironing board.
Second anniversary bought her an iron, glad i took it out of the box though, shes got some throwing arm!

30+ years later still going strong but the presents have improved somewhat.

I bought her a punching bag and weights last Christmas to go with the treadmill in the Grenadier shed

I gave mine a fake pound coin i couldn't get rid of.
Another year i gave her a rolling pin.
She got a Porsche for her 40th and still has it 12 years later.
I like to keep her guessing, keeps her on her toes.

Anybody found a good pull handle for the rear doors? I’m only finding these cheap ones on Amazon and I don’t think they’ll last. I want a fabric type, not a rigid metal handle. I want to be able to shut the rear doors from inside the load space but the small door can’t be shut.

They are paracord and are fairly robust.

But why???
I have never once thought I wish there was a handle inside so I can close the rear doors from inside???
Maybe if you sleep inside I guess??

For diesel owners - there is a coolant hose running along the RHS (PS) of the engine that is unsupported and a bit floppy. Potentially, this could be a problem if you are a regular user of corrugated roads.

Courtesy of the technical officer at the Ineos 4x4 Club of Victoria who put me on to this I managed to knock up a simple bracket and using a 16mm P clip, made the hose a little less floppy.

Nice job. I did something very similar but a little more direct with regards to the attachment point using a straight, flat piece of 15mmx2mm aluminium.

I used a length of belt leather and also attached pieces above the rear windows as a grab handle.
It fits in well with the great saddle leather trim I optioned.

I noticed this pipe while changing the engine oil today. It's basically pissing in the wind. I'll see if can fab something like yours or Znarfgh has done.

Tks

Correct if you wish to sleep inside. Although I can also climb thru the cargo barrier in my 2 seater (I cut a hole).
