What did you do with your Grenadier today?

Yikes! Do you have the dual battery?
Yes but all accessories run from the main battery not the auxiliary battery.
Car said 11.9V without engine on and fridge was alternating between 11.6 and 11.9

F1 is voltage drop/low voltage, I have the same fridge in my work van, it should work even @ 11.9v. Turn the fridge to ECO mode not MAX, rewire the lead into the fridge with some decent gauge wire and fit an Anderson style connector if you already haven't.

Oddly I was doing exactly the same test at the weekend with a fridge plugged into the supplied 12v supply in the boot and got very similar results, ( Start 12.4 main 12.4 aux , after 3.5hrs 11.9 main, 12.4 aux). the "Main" battery showed a draw but the "Aux" didn't move, engine off and the aux power button on.

I assumed I got confused, as was doing other things and this test was a side line, but you've got me wondering now too, what's drawing from what?

More investigation required.

The start battery is your Auxiliary battery, it's wired up like they used to years ago. Thats one reason I didn't go for the second battery, I just have a lithium Auxiliary battery charged via a dcdc charger and added charge points come from this, my next challenge is to get the roof points changed over to the 2nd battery

Ah, my mistake, just read Rok_Dr's guide following your response and the discharge makes sense.
New to this arrangement of starter & auxiliary battery and just assumed that because the additional switches were referred to as auxiliary then they would be powered by the aux battery🙄. As its all new to me, I don't have a preference either way as long as there's enough power between the two batteries to start the car.:)

Thanks

My fridge when connected to the cig outlet in the boot also reports less power in volts vs what my victron shunt monitor reports. I've begun to suspect that the gauge is to small and I'm getting a voltage drop.

I have a single battery. I'm going to install a dual battery and wire the outlet directly to the second battery with a new gauge wire.

I went to a Mercedes Benz dealer with my brother in law because he wanted to have a look at a GLA. My Ineos out of all the places did a full DPF burn in front of the dealership in full helicopter mode. Drew quite some attention as they’ve never seen a Grenadier 😂. I was waiting for someone to question me what’s that sound.

"....,yes, it's the sound the Grenadier makes when it senses lesser vehicles. It's dominance behaviour"

Went out to Rausch Creek with off road consulting to better my skills this past weekend. Tree got into side, minor scrape. But was fun. Also ran into the Scotty white on trail.
