Water tank

I want to get opinion on water tank idea. My idea is simple water tank that fits in between the utility rails. The height would be just below the seats folded down. That way the top would make the area flat. There would be a drain extension that would fit where the trunk drain plug can be found. Easily dump water when you don't need it anymore. Screw close valve from underneath the IG. Fill head and breather tube would be behind the back seats. Access to water would be near back door and a water pump would used. Again an idea that I am kicking around.

I will add that the tank would be secured using lashing straps with utility rails. I would cover the top with thick piece plywood.

Your idea for the water holding tank is smart and practical. Fitting it between the utility rails and using a drain extension for easy emptying are great touches.
