If you have not attended an Overland Expo, you are in for an incredible treat. It’s everything 4x4 and more.
If you have attended, you know what I am talking about. I last attended the Overland Expo in Loveland, CO in August.
There were so many manufactures and vendors that it took 2 full days to view them all.

It's going to be great to go to one in my own backyard, Southern California, and a lot cooler too in March.
Loveland, CO was 95+ degrees and humid when we went in August.

Get your tickets early and save some money or just show up and start having fun.
If it is a large as the Loveland, CO event was, you might want to book a hotel for a night
or two in order to take your time and catch everything.

I got my tickets for if and will bring my Grenadier there.
I decided to book a hotel room rather than camping for this one.

I'm totally looking forward to meeting you all. I don't know the area but how about a meet up one of the evenings? Is there a local taco shop, brewery or bar we can do a meetup at?

We're coming up on the overland expo west in a couple of weeks. I plan to head down to socal on thursday eve.
I know we talked about a Get together on friday eve. Any thoughts about a place to meet up?

Do you know if the camping area (parking lot?) will be available as soon as Friday?

It looks like it opens up at 9AM saturday morning. I've booked a nearby hotel rather than camping since there was no in-out privileges and i think i want to head home before it gets too late on sunday. Got lots of work on my plate.

I will be at the hotel sometime friday. I hope we can do a grenadier gathering somewhere friday afternoon/evening?
I don't know the area but some kind of brewery or food place with a decent parking lot would work
