Americas Under Carriage Metal Against Metal Cling.

Hello everyone,
every time I am going over a sharp bump, there’s a distinct metal-on-metal clink sound coming from around the driver’s side/rear area. I haven’t been able to locate the cause yet.
You can hear it clearly in the video around the 2-second mark and around the 1 second mark on the second video...
Hope someone has a lead on this......

Wondering if everybody has this sound. Speed isn't important, it is the importance of the bouncing, I had it at lower speeds too.

I think it is the stabilisation stuff (don't know the technical name) in front of the car,

To me it almost sounds like it is drive shaft related?

It is indeed the same sound I had, it is the stabilisation bar in front of the car. See also my video here:

... the alarm made a loud bong bong bong bong bong bong bong ... non-stop.

... I stopped, got out, opened both rear doors and slammed them shut with a lot of force.

And all 'bong's were gone - for the entire rest of the drive.

The noise we have (or had) doesn't come from the computer, but from outside "under" the car.

They replaced it (I also posted this in that same thread) and the sound almost never occurs anymore, only on very rough tracks sometimes.
