Yes we, um, could: Selective boycott of one company, e.g. Shell, until they drop prices. Two weeks with no sales vor them (or any other one affected by such a boycott) will suffice.
Well its been done before to Shell in 1995. They were going to sink the Brent Spar an old oil loading facility from the North Sea until Greenpeace took a stand and got a lot of people in Europe to boycott Shells products. They finally changed their minds and disposed of it on land after suffering a 50% loss in revenue.
