Trump tariff. Ineos Automotive is dead right?

I don't understand or is it the wrong punctuation?

Trump tariff. Ineos Automotive is dead right?

Meaning of dead right

Idiom: dead right

Meaning:

This means that something or someone is absolutely correct, without doubt.
Critiquing punctuation in a forum post’s title? Use your imagination. 😹

Let’s eat, grandma. Let’s eat grandma.

Punctuation matters.
1999 - my late mother, bless her innocence and naivety, at Christsmas dinner with the whole family gathered, to my father Richard:
"Would you like some more turkey , Dick?"

To this day it was a Biggus Dickus moment , and I'm not sure how we didn't all die of suppressed laughter.
That moment has never been trumped.

Anyway. As with most tariffs, there often seems to be a way round them. Might be as straightforward as putting in the seats when the vehicle gets to the US. It can then be classed as 'Built in the US'. A bit like Harley Davidson.
Also maybe an option that DJT doesn’t impose tariffs on the the uk, meaning the company (being British) can circumvent export ms from the uk into the USA. However i do see the US putting tariffs on the EU and vs versa

You are once again extrapolating Pittsburgh to the rest of the country.
Not that in the West G-wagen owners are all into off-roading, but there's just enough that are that could make up a half of Grenadier's market. I had multiple conversations with G-wagen owners at C&Cs in SoCal - they were genuinely interested.

When I was waiting for my truck at Mossy Ineos yesterday, I flipped through DuPont Registry. All of the East Coast cars and trucks are for show only - Miami mostly, but the rest follows.
Numbers don’t back you up at all. G wagon sales are up. I was just at the dealer and lockerless units abound. Mercedes can’t keep any Gs on the lot let alone lower models. If Gwagon shoppers shopped grens, they wouldn’t be there. There’s no Gren shortage after 4 month hiatus. They don’t want a car a bronco buyer can afford to drive. It’s just a simple observation. No bias.

Gotta say you are way off base! Firstly I own a Gwagon and a Grenadier. Second, when I bought the Gren I was also looking at another G wagon. Third, I live close to and have many friends that live in one of the richest cities in Texas. It's a super small dense area where if you don't drive a 100k plus vehicle then you don't belong. The density of G wagons is kinda nuts. They all love the Grenadier and want to buy one. Sadly most back out after the test drive. Not due to the interior, they seem to love it. But rather the handling (steering).

Regardless, a Gwagon buyer is a prospective Grenadier buyer. Once or if Ineos improves their product they will be set firmly in the G wagon market.
I own a Gwagon too. It doesn’t appear that’s the Delta.

Ok I am flabbergasted at that price lol. 134k pounds (166k USD) for essentially the same truck with a different paint job? This is worse than Porsche!!
But you'll be one of only 200, worldwide. The people at the golf club will respect you for your bespoke choices and deep pockets 🥹
Make sure to get your name on the puddle lamps.

Ineos has just opened in China and Mexico.
Even if their US sales drop by 50%, or 5,000 vehicles, they will easily make that up in those two markets alone.
Plus once reality hits, and people realise the tariffs are hurting US citizens more than the countries that the tariffs are imposed on, then they will be dropped.
Europe and other places will impose tariffs in return and kill the US export market.
Particularly military equipment.
I wouldn't worry too much about the fate of Ineos Automotive in the US.
There are much more significant things to worry about.

Ferrari charge 30,000 euro to have the name Ferrari painted on your new Ferrari.
And yes lots of customers go for it.
