Has anyone whose vehicles are affected by the recall on the transfer case had theirs replaced yet?
Mine was booked into Compass Automotive of Bridgewater (UK) yesterday.
Five hours later, and all was done, test driven and signed off.
I watched the technician doing some of the work, and he was really slick at his job.
I asked how many had been done so far. 13! I guess that’s why he made it look so easy!

Nice work, Compass.

Replacements were happening months ago as I recall.

The first batches were faulty , not sure which VINs they were (?<1000)

My first Grenadier had a vin around ...15xx and was affected as well. Transfer case was replaced.
My current one has a vin around ... 59xx, TC not replaced (to my knowledge).

They also did mine about a month ago along with a list of recalls.
They had it for 3 days .
Have escalated some issues to high level at Ineos - Water in drivers footwell since day 1 ( May) and more recently massive drop in battery state . Each day loses 8%.
Have indicated that I may reject the vehicle

Last time I was at my dealer there were 3 boxes with transfer cases in the workshop.

All three were 2 seat utility Grenadiers, but this could be a casuality.
Vin numbers were between 1300 and 2400.
Two were Diesel, one was a Petrol.
Tacho between 7000 km and 18000 km.

[edited] One had a VIN number very close to mine, but, mine is a 5 seater commercial.

Ever since the new software update, battery charge drops quicker than before 🤔

Anybody notice. Since having the transfer case replaced (recall). I have a vibration running into the cabin and the engine seems rough only between 1500 - 2000 rpm (diesel). Took it back to dealer and said they can’t find anything wrong.

Mine was done last month, had been holding out until it needed to go in for the SW Update and a few other items

Question, do we know the rough VIN range end for the poor transfer case?

Did I miss something? Why did you change cars?

Mine was replaced at the same time as software update. No issue.
The dealer is still waiting for a fix to the water (?) leak in the drivers footwell and are waiting for replacement door seals. They had the car for five days.

Mine goes in again next week for drivers footwell leak. Its has leaked since day 1 - found by the guy installing the tracker in May. Now it's not funny anymore. I have taken off the door step and the trim so that the wiring loom can be exposed and kept dry with a rag which 'wicks' the water from behind the dashboard to the floor. Soaked up 300ml after one rainy day. I can hear water sloshing in the cill as i pull away. I expect to bale out a dingy but not a £75k car

I hear a sloshing sound also. It is not the fuel tank?
If it's in the sill how does one release it?
