The most important question of all: Lego Model

Iâll be sharing a rendering soon! Making some final touches and such on the build. Then instructions need to be completed!
@grenadierguy can I ask what your estimate on timeline is? I’m very much looking forward to your rendering and instructions. Would love to play some lego Grenadier while waiting for the real

Hi @grenadierguy wanted to ask what's the status of the Lego work?
Can you already estimate when you might be able to share some first rendering? Or when instructions might be on sale?
While waiting for my grenadier would be more than keen to play some bricks 🙃

Is that vehicle from 007 or Austin Powers?
I think he just mistyped and meant the cars of David Brown, who originally also built off-road vehicles. Btw. I also have 2 of the non-off-road DBs.

Yes. I feel you could be correct Sherlock
By the way, I forgot to mention, there are 2 DB5s. One from LEGO and the other from my favourite brand, Corgi. :)

See this is the true sign of a person with a passion.
Next you will be mentioning a Meccano version
No, now you've drawn a blank. I don't like Meccano.

Hey everyone, sorry for the delay! I have been working on a few things and the legos started to fall by the way side. I also wanted to order all the pieces and see if there were any changes that should be made from CAD to real life. I did find some build issues I am working on correcting. I still have a larger more detailed model too, renderings of that soon to come. If you are interested give me a follow on Instagram, trying to get the shop up as soon as I can. I wanted it up in time for Christmas presents for everyone but that didn't happen.

I currently have about half a dozen t-shirt designs, and trying to finish the lego... next to come will be keychains and maybe a die cast the size of a hot wheel!

Although some dimensions are a bit odd for obvious reasons, this is a surprisingly good match. (y)

Its like looking at the source of the nile !! well done Glenn,

Besides the font on the hood letters, that is pretty spot on.

Raimund, a member of our Diesel motorbike forum, produces (as a hobby) wooden models made of 2D CNC parts. He takes the measures from sources he can find and then virtually cuts the 3D object into 2D slices. The slices are then milled out of plywood. You can buy a set in parts or a ready made model. The slices are glued together and grinded by hand to their final shape. The scale is 1:24.

Both axles of the Citroen are spring loaded (all made of wood).

Thats a model of my mortorbike. It's an early model and was the first one that came to my attention:

This is a functionally complete working gearbox copy as is used in my motorbike:

The chain below is fully functional as well. No metal used:

Some other models, maybe made some time before - I'm not sure :

And he has many more.
