Just had a squint under my 24 MY. they dont appear to be there did they do fix in factory to firm up the rads or do we need the brackets to retrofit?? My 23 MY didn't have them.

Mine is a 23, don't know when it was done but it was done when at the dealer for work.

Have you run breather lines yet? There is some take that the factory breathers are allowing for positive pressure in the axles and that is leading to leaking.
I ran the front and rear diff lines a couple of days after the pinion seal on the front was changed. The weeping was back within a week which made me think not pressure related on the second failure. Perhaps faulty seal or install. I am not certain. Will see how it fairs second time around.

Mine is an early UK vehicle, I looks as though 1 side has had a new bracket and the other has had 2 when it's been in for work/service's
That’s strange how those two parts of the top bracket are different colours because that’s a one piece bracket on mine top and bottom held in place by two fixings
You can just make out in the attached photo of mine that this is a one piece bracket. One on top and one on the bottom.. I first noticed the issue when the rubber mounting grommets had disappeared
