Spare bolts - any idea what these are?

Found these under the tool kit beneath the passenger seat. Torx cap screws, short look like M5, long M6 coarse thread.

Not from the roof rack. I spent an evening checking every fastener on it (literally 100’s). None were missing, two were loose, plus I properly lubricated the foot clamp bolts.

Didn’t see anything likely. I’ll have another look under the seats.

Yes, they were. Got my NJ tags a few weeks ago and they fit right up!
