Hello friends from all around the world, greetings from Taiwan!

I am excited to share that INEOS Grenadier deliveries have finally started here in Taiwan. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours browsing forums for every bit of information that sparks my interest. The knowledge shared by the community has been incredibly helpful, and I hope that my build might inspire or assist someone else in their journey.

Here’s an overview of my Grenadier build:
• EVOCorse Dakar 20-inch Rally Wheels
(9J ET45)
• LeTech RockSlider – Rock-Side Steps
• LeTech Rear Ladder – Fuel Tank Tail Ladder
• Almont4x4 Duranium Underbody Skid Plates
• Maxxis Razr AT Tires – 35/12.5/R20 All-Terrain
• FrontRunner 3/4-Length Roof Rack
• Eibach 2.5-Inch Lift Springs
• OWL Accessories

I haven’t tested the suspension articulation yet but will keep you all posted once I’ve put it through its paces!

I hope sharing this build provides useful insights for anyone planning their upgrades or looking for ideas.

Feel free to share your thoughts, feedback, or questions—I’d love to connect and learn more from everyone here!

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to seeing everyone’s amazing builds.

Very smart - those skid plates appear to give far more clearance than stock
I really like it as well. I just went to their site and it looks like they’re located in Spain, but don’t ship outside of Europe so they must have a dealer in Taiwan. Not sure if there’s a US dealer?

My only, very minor criticism. I don’t like the design of the Almont product labels. I would want to remove them.
I said it was only a minor criticism. 🤷‍♂️

Welcome to the forum. Do you do much offroading in Taiwan?
Interesting choice with the 20” wheels.

Have fun.
Hello Bigleonski,
I personally don’t do much off-roading. But will be visiting some of the famous trails here in Taiwan.

Looks super cool Heekis! Would be awesome to see some photos of this beast off road. Where do you go off road in Taiwan? The east coast?
Thanks for your message! Most of our off-road adventures in Taiwan take place in the central region, near the foothills of the Central Mountain Range. Unlike overseas terrains with giant rocks, the trails here usually have smaller, loose gravel.

That makes sense, Kaohsiung is a nice city, I have only ever driven on the main highways from Taipei to Kaohsiung and Hualien and the scenery looks amazing, so I imagine there would be some awesome trails in the mountians. But the only off-road cars I saw were small suzukis - but I do know some famous Youtubers (Grizzlynbear Overland) went offroading there in their Defender.

Either way, I hope you can get out there and send us some photos. Awesome rig!
