I'm presuming he posts his video then opens a stream on "ZOOM" where his subscribers or general public can chat with him in "realtime".
Similar to strategies used for distance learning .

I don't use chat except whatsapp for a work group
Use Facebook only to keep up with family
Use Teams every day for work.
I started a Youtube channel which I will post on once I get my Grenadier.
I am very active on LinkedIn and was one of the first in Australia to join.
I don't read newspapers or watch free to air tv news programmes.
