Right hand driver grab handle

Dropped Henry off today for his annual service and noted that Magics are advertising a Drivers side A Pillar grab handle kit at $598 supplied and fitted. Kit includes handle, A pillar moulding and some other fittings. Once Christmas is past I'll be very tempted.

Someone Stateside said they got the parts to install the driver side factory grab handle for like $300 USD which I think is notably less than $600 AUS dollars.

I have ordered a factory RHD grab handle from my dealer Chandles, Belton. All parts are in, except the fixing bolts.

Once I have them in my sticky hand, will post up the prices and part numbers.

US$300 is about A$460 depending on the foreign exchange rate you can get. Add labour for fitting then add 10% Goods and Services tax and you won't get much change out of A$600. . . The US has economies of scale we can only dream about!
I miss my regular (x4 per year) work-related trips to the US (mainly West Coast plus Dallas Tx). Ah! the good ol' days last century!
