It was a fencing staple picked up on construction site possibly, what I will say is that the rear tire/wheel combo is heavy and high off the floor so you have to be careful lifting the wheel back on you need to feel strong and warm up before lifting.

A bit strange that vehicles are shipping with their winches but they haven't signed off on the winch manual for the winch that has already shipped to customers. Sounds a bit like another manufacturer I know who's WAY behind...
