If I do that in my island, they will put me in jail... Strictly prohibited to drive on a beach...
There are only some designated beaches here, most you can’t drive on. That beach is actually a gazetted road

To be fair , Sardinia is quite small compared to Australia...and from what I experienced, crowded with burning bodies!
So your laws make very good sense to me. Don't make work for paramedics and rescue services 🙂 And don't piss off the locals!

I have an ARB in a box, I prefer the flexibility of a portable one, I use it around my garage for my classic cars and can lend it to my kids etc. I also like have that spot under the seat to store other stuff like my Noco jumpstarter and NATO adapter etc.
While I’m yet to install my twin compressor I’ve been tiding over also with an ARB in a box.

I must say it’s super convenient to use with the Grenadier auxiliary battery configuration.

You don't even need to open the car. You can hook it up on the jump post in the engine bay. And then find a ground on frame for black connector.

It’s been up to 48C/~120F hereabouts.
This allows me to do the procedure without putting gloves on/cooking my hands.
But yes, that’s also convenient!
