Is there any way to show the range remaining? All I get when I fill up is >600 km. Surely the computer can estimate the total range for a diesel Quartermaster. I have cycled through the display settings and no option to set max range.

You’re not the first to have raised this. The miles remaining with a full tank is pretty rubbish. I drive 100 miles+ before it stops registering as 100% and the remaining range is a value (of around 330 miles). When you get down to 70 miles remaining it’s then a arming you to refill, and gets angry about it if you go down to 40 miles remaining, I reckon if I drove to “empty” I’d still have another 40 miles+ of fuel left given that with 40 miles remaining is still can only fit about 70 litres in the tank

Nope, not until it gets lower in the tank...

I just filled up my Grenadier and two rather unusual things happened....

Firstly: The fuel gauge initially didn't change and then it rose very slowly such that after 20 or so miles it now reads just under full.

Secondly: The remaining range didn't change at all and now is reducing mile for mile - so it didnt recognise the fuel refil at all.

Any ideas how I can get it working again?

Many thanks

As you drive, this number should become more specific and decrease, giving you a better real-time estimate of the remaining kilometers. Keep an eye on it during your journeys; it should provide the information you're looking for as you consume fuel.

It doesn't mean much anyway
It is just a mathematical calculation based on your average fuel economy of your last trip.
I just checked mine and it says I have 63% fuel left but also says I only have 342 kms range left
So 56.7 litres left at an average economy for last trip (around town) of 12.5L/100kms should be 453.6 kms kms left
However as the first warning is at 120 kms remaining I wonder is they have a bit of an error in their formula.
They are advising remaining range to first warning, not until empty.
342 kms range left would be 16.58 L/100kms

This is the issue I have - see photo. It recognises that the tank is full but the remaining range didnt update. I've tried turning the car off and leaving overnight - no difference.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

Have you tried toggling the options using the end button on the stalk. Will be interesting to see what happens when you get back to the range setting.

Thanks Eric - I tried that and it makes no difference....

It's a baffling one.

Give it another shutdown; lock the doors, press reset and go for a drive tomorrow. Reckon it will wake it up.

I take it you have done a reset of the infotainment system, holding in the mute button until it reboots. If that fails....how far is the dealer
