I can scroll thru the satellite stations with the l/r buttons and the Idrive wheel, but not the radio stations. I have to poke the screen. any way to use the l/r buttons on the steering wheel? Odd they should be different.
Have you seen this thread? Perhaps check the antennas.I have to say the radio is making me a bit crazy, mainly because I am sim0,e and don’t expect much.
I mainly listen to AM, the reception is terrible and fades so much, especially when under “cover” of a bridge/etc.... I am assuming because of digital.
Not great for times when digital fails. Same for FM.
I am used to Sirius doing this, so no different feeling, but expected.
However, why if everything is satellite driven do I have to alter the volume so much?
Honestly, I had low expectations because I am an AM guy, but my family isn’t. This is dumb but easy to correct down the line.
For overall sound, I did the premium package because my wife and family like far better than I, what the heck.. this is even more dumb.
Looking forward to other options or alternatives, but for an vehicle that isn’t tech driven, why are we dealing with this? My NAS Defender has better radio and sound than the Grenadier. Maybe difference between US and other markets, but Land Rover did a better job 25 years ago, how can that be?
When you can scroll all the various stations click the wheel down and then you can scroll the presetsI can scroll thru the satellite stations with the l/r buttons and the Idrive wheel, but not the radio stations. I believe I tried that, but check. I just wish it worked the same as the sat. When you can scroll all the various stations click the wheel down and then you can scroll the presets
not the best system, but we will all just have to learn to live with itI believe I tried that, but check. I just wish it worked the same as the sat.
