Power Mirror issue

I am new to this forum.
I just purchased my Grenadier today.
Question for all, the side mirrors are not working. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there some sort of fix?

I've heard a few reports of the button coming apart, but that would be very rare to see on a brand new vehicle. Did they work initially at pick up?

There is a 5A fuse under the driver's side rear seat associated with the mirrors that you could check, otherwise I'd say i

First thing did you make sure the mirror selector switch was toggled to the right or left? I left mine in the center once and forgot tried to move mirrors nothing happened looked down and was like oh.... Just double checking.

I have toggled to the L and the R but still no luck.

I’m going to bring it back to the dealership.

Another question, I’m looking to purchase the L-track for the cargo floor.
Can you purchase it from the dealership?
Or can someone recommend where to purchase it.

You can definitely get it from the dealer as just the parts. It'll be the two tracks and 6 bolts
