Offroad-Tec new products

We have spent a lot of time in the developent of new products for the Greni! We can use our experiences of the last 16 years producing LR Defender/ Jeep Wrangler/ Toyota LC parts. All our products are handcrafted - here in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern/ Germany!

We are happy about our new customers all over the world!

New products:
- FLATRACK ADAPTED: Easy to install roof rack system, clamped at the "handrail" in the roof area. NO contact to the Grenadier roof. This is very important to prevent roof damages if you use your Grenadier for overlanding/ expedition. We can provide custom made solutions - please ask us! On monday we fit the first systems on our customer cars. The production is started, first we supply the customer of the waiting list!
- Airline rail system (upper rail). This solution is the best and easiest way to fit load at the side of your Grenadier. For this product line we have constructed a few accessories: jerry can brackets, MOLLE (Airline), sand ladder brackets ERGO + table board + sand ladders, offroad-kitchen (we produce them since 2010 for the Defender), custom made solutions, ...
. FLATRACK consoles for fitment with standard roof bars. These brackets are used in our roof rack system, too.
- MOLLE system with multi brackets (hand rail mouunt). Many accessories like tred sand boards, fuel tanks (overland fuel 9L or 20L jerry cans), ...
- mounting pate for CTEK solar module (plug&play)
- offroad-kitchen
- FLATRACK USD: This bracket is constructed to be fitted at the "hand rail" to be combinied with the accessories for the airline Rails
- Multibracket adaption for black sheep roof racks

Next week we prepare the light bar for the first fitment!

The inside MOLLE system for the Grenadier will be available in a few days in our webshop. The first batch is sold and will be fitted in our customer cars in the next days . We fitted the inside MOLLE to our Greni. To complete the setup we fitted the new cargo rack, too. The cargorack will be available for the Utility ans Station Wagon ( ).

Kitchen box for the Grenadier

We placed our kitchen box for demonstration to the siderails of the Grenadier . A nice product for the overlanders! You can fit the box with our Multibrackets to the roof rails or with our universal mount to the mounts of the rail. We prefer the fitment to a 2nd airline rail to the top.

MOLLE Expedition fitted on the airline rails - we can prepare these plates for std. Jerry cans (left), overland fuel cans (right) or sand tracks, shovels, …

We produce these MOLLE out of 4mm!!! Alloy sheet metal. Powdercoated in black or IG red.

The bottom fitment can be changed to our universal mount to the rail brackets (photo 2). Without changes to your IG!

Our Flatrack on a customers Grenadier. He works as roofer and needs a stable roof rack. So he choosed our HD roof rack!

The next step are brackets for his tools/boxes!

Here we can fall back to our box frames from the year 2010 - a LR Defender products goes to the Grenadier .

Light weight rock sliders "Rally 2008" (alloy) and the HD rock sliders '2008

The light weight rock sliders are a homage of our classic rocksliders "rallye" for the LR Defender. We produce them in stainless steel, too!
For an easy access you can fit an optional step to the bottom of the slider (quick fit).
The rock sliders will be powdercoated in black colour or you can choose the RAL color.
The brackets are made out of stainless steel/ powdercoated.

The rock sliders HD '2008 are a homage of our rock sliders for the LR Defender, we produce them since 2008! The classic line is awasome! The rock slider is made out of a HD square pipe (stainless steel). The optional tree sliders are screwed. This solution is proven by many Offroad-Tec customers . For these rock sliders we use the same brackets as for the light weight version.

For easy access we have prepared an optional side step (quick fit).

die Rockslider wiegen 6,6 kg (das Paar)! Die Halter wiegen in der HG-Version insgesamt 22 kg, für die Aluvariante werden wir hier aber noch mächtig eindampfen. Wir möchten hier unter insgesamt 25 kg kommen. Dies ist auch realistisch . Die Halter der HD-Verion sind aber "Panzerbrücken" .

Die HD-Variante aus R-Rohr wiegt inkl. Halter unter 46 kg. Die Treeslider wiegen ~7,5 kg/Paar.

thank you for your message!

We produce rock sliders since 2006. In the first time we produced them with bushes for the hilift. We never used them! You can lift the Grenadier on each position of the rock slider. But if you want to have bushes for the hilift we deliver the slider with them! We produce all our products in our garage - so we can provide cusrtom made products. For the extra work we want to have a small remuneration (pizza for two .

The hilift-adapter's weight is ~4kg !!!

For the light weight sliders we have a hilift bracket to adjust in the brackets in construction.

Please have a look on the completed construction in a few days - the sliders are in the powdercoating shop.

We can deliver the sliders in all RAL-colours.

Danke Markus! Wir kratzen so schon an der 3500kg Marke - frag bitte nicht aus welcher Richtung. Das ist leider der Grund warum ich mich vor noch mehr Anbauteilen aktuell etwas scheue.
