Off road lights. How the heck do they come on. The dealer is even confused

BTW: If you can read English, I suggest you people actually read the manual!

How can Trump MAGA when people can't read? :)

The AUX Lights should carry their own “Lifetime Warranty”, as they will not see much use.

In all other countries apart from the USA, you are free to use the AUX lights at any time the high beams are on.

Engage Off-Road mode.
Turn on headlights.
Turn on high beams.
Turn on AUX lights.
This one of the biggest annoyances I had with my Grenadier when I first got it. It makes no sense not to have this hooked to a flip switch so we can turn it off and on anytime we want. That having been said, I will never use mine as I installed Baja design spots on the front bumper wires into the overhead switch panel.
Seriously I will probably never use those factory spots simply because of the annoyance they set up to get them turned on.
It is fine though, just another quirk about the Grenadier, still love it.

It's the law in the US. You can send your letter of complaint to your congressman and lobby for them to change the law perhaps :) Ineos cannot import or sell you the car
without those measures in place.

I replaced mine with KC ERA 4s and wired to the overhead. Sounds like you did something similar in the end.

For the most part i think modern engineering has learned that a great hallmark of user centric design, especially for consumers, is that it does not require manuals.
case in point, I guarantee that your iphone/android is a marvel of far more complexity than the car, yet it doesn't come with any manuals. Most modern computers no longer have manuals and its been ages since software packages required written instructions to operate. Yet user interfaces in vehicles do which i find almost offensive.

As much as i like my grenadier i can't say that i think they will win any awards for user centric design in their Human Machine Interfaces. To me the double pressing of buttons, special modes with ordering of button presses only suggests that whoever was in charge had a clunky approach to design engineering.

Then again, most auto manufacturers are pretty bad in the HMI department, with the German school of user interactions being particularly large offenders (i once had to go to google to find a youtube video for how to close the sunroof on a mercedes benz that i had rented).
