Hi community,

I’m new to the group having bought a 2023 Grenadier. I’m loving it so far, although having some fun trying to figure out replacing the front and rear wiper blades. Any help would be appreciated (I’m in the UK).

I am going to upgrade the truck too, I’ve added a ladder to the back and am looking at roof racks - again, any recommendations welcomed. Not sure about the £2k ones I’ve seen recently, I only need to carry bikes and kayaks.

Thanks and look forward to learning more from you all.

Welcome! Do you need/want a rack, or maybe just load bars would be adequate? Leitner bars are $500 a pair (not sure with tax and shipping to the UK) and are more than adequate for bikes, kayaks, even a VERY heaving awning. Just one additional point - you only need to buy one set of bars (2 bars) - you don’t need 4 - and they are fully compatible with Yakima and Thule accessories

Welcome. For replacement wiper blades front and rear use Bosch Aerotwin AR16U

That is great and good shout about load bars - that would work. I will look into shipping and tax. Really appreciate the help.

Leitner racks and bars generally elicit lust in the Grenadier owner community - they are amazing. The only downside is they have fixed mounting points - where the grab rail brackets are located - whereas bars or racks mounted to the rain gutter can be placed anywhere. But they are impeccably engineered, have a low profile, and would survive a full scale nuclear war. If you get the Leitner bars, get their wire guide to place in the leading and bottom t slots to eliminate wind noise. Also get extra trakloks to mount bike / kayak racks.
