New member interested in owner experiences from Grenadier owners.

Hello everyone,

I’m new to the forum. I don’t own a Grenadier and I would like to enquire regarding the Quartermaster's off road and towing capabilities from members with firsthand experience.

I am based in Windhoek, Namibia in Africa and we frequently travel rugged terrain, i.e. rocky gravel roads, sandy terrain, etc. The idea is to acquire a vehicle that can be outfitted and customised for overlanding adventures throughout Southern Africa towing a heavy 2.5 tonne off road caravan while also doubling up as a work horse driving to the farm on weekends. Namibia is a vast country and hence reliability in a hot and harsh climate is very important on my list.

Accordingly, as per the abovementioned considerations, I’m especially curious about its off-road capabilities, daily drivability, and the overall ownership experience of members on this forum which I can consider in determining whether the Grenadier would be the right vehicle for me.

I’m sure it won’t be very long before members start to respond to you question. There are not very many QM owners on here as yet, but there are some. I have owned the SW for nearly two years and am very happy. I had a test drive of the QM last week. It drove just like my SW on the road.
Quite a few guys on YouTube giving their thoughts.
