Moin, bin immer noch auf der Suche, habe jetzt bei eBay was ähnliches gefunden: Armaturenbrett Schiene Handy halterung.

Bin nur skeptisch, ob die 4 Schrauben auch schweres Zubehör wie ein Garmin 10-Zoll auf einer Rüttelpiste noch halten...

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir für die 9" RAM Mount tough track Schiene (https://www.rammounts.de/part/rap-track-a9u) ein Montageblech entwerfen, biegen und pulverbeschichten lassen.

Nun ist das Teil endlich fertig und auch verbaut. Es gefällt mir deutlich besser als das Teil von ebay. Und ich denke mit dem Tough Track auch noch etwas variabler.

Ich habe mir mal Angebote eingeholt, was es kosten würde das Teil in einer Stückzahl von zunächst 20 Stück fertigen zu lassen. Das würde dann auf 80€ pro Stück kommen zzgl. Versand.
Es ist dann nur das Blech und vier Schrauben zur Montage im Cockpit. Das Tough Track und die Schrauben dafür sind nicht im Angebot enthalten.

Also wenn Interesse besteht bitte eine kurz Rückmeldung. Vier Interessenten gibt es schon.

Hi, sehe diese Halterungen und finde diese spitze. Eine kleine Frage habe ich, könnte man die Aussparung fü die RAM Halter nicht direkt reinfräsen? Sorry, bin kein Techniker. Dankeschön, Gruß
