Doesn't appear the website has all info/title sponsor posted yet, but looks like the Moab Grenadier Gathering is scheduled for May 1st through 4th, 2025. Moab, Utah. Looking forward to another great time!

ah, too bad this time i don't think i can join. I am planning to go to europe and drive around europe for a couple of weeks in april.
maybe i'll register on the off-chance i can make it...

Happy New Year, everyone. I wanted to refresh the May Grenadier Gathering. It is on, and we will officially post it tomorrow. It takes a while to secure all of the vendors, trail sponsorships, and activities, so thank you for your patience. The website is live and taking registrations. We will for sure be the largest Grenadier Event in history this may. There are so many things to choose from in May. We have the First Annual Women's Expedition Clinic. We have brought in several of the top female trainers and competitors in the USA to spend the weekend training, coaching, and trail running with only 20 of the first women who get signed up.

We will also launch the first Grenadier Expedition following the May event. This will be a five-day overland trip that takes you through the heart of the Red Rock Utah desert. This trip is limited to 10 Grenadiers. The expedition is legit, and lockers are recommended. See the website for more details. www.ineoseventsusa.com

the link doesn't work and when I go to the registration page for the women's clinic it won't let me check out with my payment. Can you please let me know when its fixed so I can finish registration. Thanks

With January almost over, we are already nearing the number of Grenadiers that made it out for the Oktoberfest event. One note for those who are still on the fence about the event. Hotels are holding rooms until March 1st and after that it becomes much more difficult to find lodging. Spring is the best time to enjoy the Utah desert. Everything is in bloom, the snow caped peaks of the Manti La Sals dominate the horizon, and the warm spring sunshine soaks into your soul.

Just signed up!!! Other than the payment is there anything else needed?

Oh, Boy!! Things are looking great for May. We get a lot of questions about the event and the top question is: "Is this for experienced rock crawler type of people?" The answer is, of course not. Moab has so much more to explore than you can imagine. We take the time to actually get out in Grenadiers and travel the same routes to be sure your experience over the weekend is fun, memorable, and safe. As a reminder, our host hotels are holding rooms for you. Just be sure to mention you are in Moab for the Grenadier Gathering. See you all in May!

It feels like we posted this yesterday, but we are only 8 weeks away from the May Gathering. Time flies when you are out getting your Grenadier dirty. We have teamed up with several dealerships from around the country who wanted to participate with the event and at the same time benefit their customers. Contact your dealership to see if they have their unique discount code to save you an extra $50 on registration for the event, and $200 off the expedition that follows.

I'm signed up for Moab. Coming from Houston with a stop over in Santa Fe.

I reviewed some of the posts from the October gathering; however, I still have questions. A bit surprised there hasn't been more chatter about the May event. Perhaps posting these questions will help kick off some discussion.

1. There are 15 different trails. Do you just do one per day? How do you pick which to do?

2. Airing down tires is easy, back up, less so. I don't own an air compressor. Do I need one?

3. I can pee anywhere anytime while multitasking. I might be going right now, you don't know. My wife? Higher maintenance. I'm assuming no facilities on the trails. Do I need a portable plan with pop-up privy privacy? I could just deprive her of fluids for a couple of days.

4. Paranoid of my lift/driveshaft lifespan, I've gone back to stock springs. But, I'm adding skid plates. Any other vehicle config I need? I've got extra gas & water, recovery gear, ropes, plastic sheeting, Gorilla tape and bone saws. Wait, sorry, sorry.. that is a different load out.

5. Bought a GMRS radio.. I have NO idea how it works. I just need some YouTube time.

6. My buddy is trying to get me to hook up StarLink as no cell coverage means no maps. Any suggestions?

Looking forward to seeing everyone.
