Where do I begin? Water in car that is now frozen and clunks around at every turn or bump. When you wash the car and open the door its like a bucket of water being poured on you. When you go over a bump the car makes a noise like a spring is bouncing back and forth. The passenger air bag is constantly off. The remaining fuel mileage no longer present and can have a half of tank of gas and says refuel now. The door handles get stuck so you can not shut the door at times or open as the button does not move. Took 3 weeks to get scheduled at dealer in area and they stated they only have a couple of mechanics because they are a new dealership. Hoping that these items get fixed on one visit, but do not have a lot of confidence. Anyone have any of these issues?

Welcome to the forum fellow Marylander!

If you have safari windows, that's most likely where the water leak is from; very easy fix that's been in place for a long time.

The boot wash as it is jokingly called, is also a very easy and very straightforward fix.

The spring sound over bumps is interesting and definitely isn't a common complaint.

Passenger airbag constantly off, despite weight being in the seat? Again, definitely not a common issue.

Fuel mileage remaining not being present, what is in its place? Have you pressed the trip button on the end of the turn signal stalk to switch through the options?

The door buttons again, very easy fix that you can do at home, but the solutions exist at the dealer level as well.

Almost all of your complaints are very common and are very quick fixes, searching on the forum will get you TONS of results of the fix process as well as other common (and not so common) issues experienced by owners.

I'm sure that Frank and the guys at MileOne will get it sorted for you

Although I agree with Anand. It must be very frustrating having so many issues on a new vehicle.
I did have the sticky lock buttons (easily resolved), but not too much else.
As Anand mentioned, lots of solutions on here. Wishing you every success in sorting yours out.

The thing that surprises me is that it appears from this post and others that vehicles are still being delivered with faults that have solutions, including TSBs in some cases. That's harming the success of the program.

@witt1717 hasn't said how he came into ownership but if his vehicle was new or dealer stock then how is this still occuring?

I think the simple answer show me the money. If dealer fixes them under their own accord, maybe they don't get compenstated since the customer didn't log a complaint. Once the customer points out the issue, they can do an warranty claim

My truck has the same spring noise. Dealer says it’s normal…..

It's not completely uncommon to have coil springs rattle if the axle is cycling quickly over it's range of motion. It can happen regardless of vehicle make. You might check to see if any shielding or cables have come loose underneath the vehicle and are making noise.

I wonder aloud if we should put the production date of our vehicles in the thread when we are posting problems. These sound like '23 production issues.

I think what some folks are missing here is that these vehicles are supposed to go through a PDI, that TSB’s are known. And that all the issues on this vehicle are known. The dealership should be ensuring that the vehicle is delivered without so many of these known issues.
Exactly my point above.
We're still waiting for the OP to advise how they bought the vehicle. A dealer might not have been involved.

@ADVAW8S might be on the money (sorry) about the dealer getting paid for their work but for a dealer to knowingly deliver a new VIN (assumed) with outstanding recalls or service campaigns, and I will extend that to warranty rework that the dealer knows about, seems lazy at best or unconscionable at worst. They should get paid for that work whenever it's done so surely they just need to raise a claim for approval by Ineos then submit their invoice in arrears? If I was their customer that's how I would want them to manage my delivery even if that meant a delayed delivery.

There are NA dealer reps on the forum. Would someone please tag a rep in so they might comment on this as far as their dealer NDA allows.

Didn't someone have a rock/pebble lodged into the suspension and that created a spring noise, I think someone shared that story.

The attraction for many of us is that it was marketed as a vehicle owners could maintain. The little niggles are easily sorted , though being 1/2 handy helps.
Software issues notwithstanding.

Isnt passenger airbag being permanently disabled a symptom of disconnecting the battery without waiting for the car to go into sleep mode?

Silly requirement that. My ‘22 Defender that the internet insists is a rolling electrical fire could handle the battery being disconnected at any time with no ill effects.

Not so fast about that one...Mine does that when going over speed bumps, and almost constantly when driving rough dirt roads. Sounds like you flick a spring..."BOINGGGG". It's annoying and embarrassing when you have to explain what that noise is to passengers. A few other people have reported a similar sound on this forum. I can't figure out what is vibrating...nothing seems loose. I will live with it until my first service. Hopefully others will have reported this issue to the service manager, but I doubt it. If it happed to you, you'd hate it too.
SOUNDS JUST LIKE THIS:

Is it the factory steering stabilizer bell housing noise?

After an off-road session the noise disappeared slowly 👍 ...maybe be a settling in period🤞
Definitely not "boing" style sounds, but the first several (6-10?) times you really flex the Grenadier's suspension it is definitely noisy. After that it quiets down substantially over similar terrain/flexing. This isn't like around town flexing, but when you actually get to fully extend/compress the suspension. I noticed this on all of the PTO2s as well as my own truck and several others

Very annoying but some can be easily fixed:
The ingress of water upon opening a door after washing is an easy fix - nick a hole at the base of the door in the inner door seal (also see TSB link below).
The passenger air bag can be turned on through settings - see https://www.theineosforum.com/threads/diagnostic-device.12416554/post-1333296358
Remaining fuel can be displayed by toggling through the display options for the button on the end of the stalk.
The sticking door handles can either be fixed under a Technical Service Bulletins - see https://www.theineosforum.com/forums/technical-service-bulletins.908438/ or just thump the outside of the door near the button with your fist. Mine only sticks in humid/wet weather.

Best of luck!
