Landcruiser hubs on trailer

I'm looking at buying an off road trailer with landcruiser hubs. Does anyone know if these hubs are compatible with the Grenadier wheels? Looking to use the trailer spare as an extra spare for the Grenadier

A few folks have swapped to aftermarket wheels for their Grenadier and report that the PCD is 130mm. 6 stud LandCruiser has a 139.7mm PCD so I think you're out of luck there.

The only vehicle that I know of that shares the 6x130 PCD is the Merc Sprinter…

Many trailers in Australia either use Ford or Holden wheel hubs (still). Sometimes you can use those hubs and get a custom stud pattern.

The Grenadier has an uncommon stud pattern and offset so I could not get my new hybrid caravan to match. Only the tyres match. Even though the caravan maker offered different options - none matched.

Another odd choice IMO. Why not go with something more common in size?
