After much research I went with Fifteen52 Alpen SV in Frosted Graphite, which matches the Donny Gray paint very well. I have matte black wheels on other cars and like the look, but wanted to do something different for this one. The wheels are 17 x 8 ET 40, so the poke about a little more than the factory steel 17's that came with it. I went with the K03s and they are very similar to K02s that are on my girlfriend's Bronco. 285/70R17 doesn't come close to rubbing for street and light off road use. I would have come with the Duratraks in 295/70, but I have celarance issues with my garage. I am confident they would be no different in terms of rubbing. However, with the alloy wheels and the C load range on thes BFGs, which is equivalent to the Bridgestones it came with, the wheels and tires are about the same weight.

I have Steelies and Bridgestones, and since ordering had planned on getting KO2, but have migrated to the idea of KO3s in the mean time. I have a Donney Gray one also, and that is slick enough looking to make me re-think the steelies…
