JUE 477 Land Rover

Hello all - I stumbled across a book entitled “JUE 477” which is the story of the first production Land Rover. Just arrived in the mail today. The forward is by a familiar name - Sir Jim Ratcliffe. I assume lots of folks on here are Rover types so you might want to check it out.

We English types normally refer to Knights of the realm as Sir Jim not Sir Ratcliffe or Sir Jim Ratcliffe never by the surname.

Book turned out to be pretty cool. Lots of photos, a great story of an historic truck, and tale of passion for a badge many of us support. Who knows, maybe 80 years from now someone will be restoring the 1st production Grenadier!
