Ineos Fusilier

Heavier than the Grenadier?:

Expect it to be available in 2026 or possibly 2027 in some markets, including the UK. It will be heavier than the Grenadier, as well as lower and shorter. It’s shown here in colours not yet confirmed for the production car. No price has been confirmed, but it’s likely to be more than the Grenaider. The range extender has a battery around 70% the size of the BEV’s, and may cost less.

Looks like a weird facsimile of a Grenadier. Kinda like an older Jeep Liberty too.

And, if you aren't familiar with the word FUSILIER (which I certainly was not), here's a WIKI.
Yeah, not crazy about first look….does remind me of the Jeep Liberty….hope it is not this mundane.

Reminds me more of a Toyota, looking at the front...the inner lights and roundings....

They've certainly grabbed the front bezel design from pre-1979 FJ/BJ40/45 front ends.

Is there less software and electronics in a E-Car than in one with a conventional combustion machine?

I doubt it. Oh, wait, maybe you're being facetious?

Just received an email there is a Fuselier coming.
As I had set my eye on the Jeep Recon (already have a Toyota Hilux, diesel so couldn't also have a grenadier) this might be an interesting change:

I really really hope they make a 100% EV and sell the range extender als a removable module. That way you can drive an EV and simply slide in the extender when needed :)
Also for regulations it would then be an EV!

Hard to tell from the side angle but the cargo windows look to be trapezoid rather than rectangular.
