Hi, is anyone able to provide a pdf with instructions for fitting the grenadier roof rack ? It has not been included in delivery of roof rack and need fitting instructions urgently. Cheers.

Just had mine turn up and same for me.

Got the attached in the box. QR code just takes you to main website. FFS, how hard is it

Sent a request to Ineos a few weeks ago, to date I have no response. Unfortunately, our agent could not help us either, as he also has no official instructions available. I have helped myself with the following video. The rest of the setup is purely a matter of setting and adjustment. Tightening torques for the nuts are 6 Nm as specified by the enclosed key. For the other screws to fix the holder it should be between 25 Nm and 30 Nm. Have fun building the roof rack platform! Cheers!

come on ineos - you can better, can you? .....you loose so much credits with such things, like invalid links. Why not share a simple folder, containing all manuals?

Ok folks,

Here are the all important measurements yoir need to line up the mounting crossmembers with the holes of the back bone system

Toward front of vehicle is + postive
Towards rear of vehicle is - negative
Zero 0 is in the centre of the roof rack

+105
+59
+14
-30
-66.5
-103.1

These will place the rack about 4-5cm in from the rear of the vehicle.

If you want if further back add to numbers. If you want it furthe forward, subtract from them

Slightly different topic but very much roof rack related. I'll be taking delivery of my Grenadier with the roof rack fitted in a couple of weeks. I understand it is a bit of an undertaking to remove and reinstall the full length roof rack and of course it is rather heavy too.

Can someone with a Grenadier factory fitted roof rack advise how easy it is to clean the roof with the rack installed and would I be able to apply (myself) a ceramic coating? Thanks very much.

Washing the roof will be challenging if it is anything like the Rhino Rack on my Rubicon. It stands very close to the roof and getting my hand under it is a chore. As a result, the roof is seldom cleaned unless I use an extension pole and a "swiffer" like attachment.

Its not that hard. Climb up, gerni. Sit down a use a sponge if you want, re gerni.
