Hello everyone, I decided to join the forum, I’m looking forward to discussing many things regarding this beautiful vehicle. I pre-ordered one a couple of years ago, but decided not to go forward with the purchase.
Since then I have waited out the arrival of the Quartermaster, and put a deposit down a few weeks back. I live in a city that is filled with crime at the moment Unfortunately we had a 2024 Defender stolen and driven through our neighbours property over small walls and trees, etc. Since then the vehicle was reclaimed, repaired and is now back.
I am gun shy but will not let this away my purchase decision. I understand the truck has a key but how does this stop theft? I would like to learn about the security systems that can be installed in these vehicles if anyone has them? Also, does anyone know if there are ladder racks available? Any other quartermaster advice? Cheers to all of you, I look forward to many discussions.
