My friend has a bad knee and does not want to keep using the steering wheel to assist getting in

Hello and welcome to the site! Do a search and you'll find a few threads and plenty of discussion on the topic. The short-short version is that you'll have to get ahold of an EU passenger side A-pillar one and from what I recall, it's crazy expensive.
