I picked up MM 23 trailmaster at the end of June. It came into the country late last year for someone in Newcastle who didn’t pick it up. It was specked out with I think everything. I bought it ‘thru 4x4 garage in CB. who have been great. Had the usual ‘bonging” but that eventually got fixed, then soon after it really went nuts. 5 warning lights and on the main display cycling thru’ every failure known to man.
I live in a fairly isolated area , roadside assist said leave it there we’ll get a tow truck for the Ineos and a taxi for you.
Not wanting to wait for a week for a taxi I drove it back home and a tilt tray turned up next morning to get it back to Canberra. Wheel speed sensor,, I see other forum guys have had the same problem.
I guess I can look forward to this happening three more times.
Got 10k on it now and it seems to have settled down. Great vehicle but not game to sell my LC 200 just yet.

Welcome to the funhouse @DFriend. Thanks for the introduction. There are a few quirks that just seem to settle down over time. I'm at 18mths and 20,500km and my vehicle is going great.
Most indicated errors can be driven through to get out/get back home as you did but it's helpful to have an understanding of your vehicle to triage what's important (red things) and what's probably just annoying (typically amber things).
I have a mate on small acreage at Wamboin. You're almost neighbours.

Thanks for your reply Clark, roadside assist told me at the time “don’t drive the vehicle or you might blow your warranty”. well, the vehicle seemed happy enough, no leaks, no red lights. Under these circumstances we need to get Ineos’s blessing to drive the vehicle to a place of service. It could be a long wait otherwise.

Under these circumstances we need to get Ineos’s blessing to drive the vehicle to a place of service. It could be a long wait otherwise.
Roadside is contracted to Allianz Assistance. I think they assign callouts to each state motoring organisation, NRMA etc, The Allianz call centre staff are just running you through their contracted service agreement with scripted advice. Ineos don't typically get involved until your vehicle has been delivered to an agent for repair including warranty assessment. I've been in that situation and the response from the Australian Ineos leadership and after sales team was fantastic. If you need Ineos input earlier for roadside and recovery decisions I suggest you develop a good relationship with your Agent service manager and get their after hours support number and speak to them first. The agents are the frontline for Ineos in Australia.

Was it the drivers side front? If so it was probably rubbing on the tyre and wore through. I also had this issue - the brake line which the sensor cable is attached to was routed poorly from factory. They will have moved it and put a sheath on it now. You’ll be fine from here on. Easy to check anyway - just pop your head under the front and you’ll see the brake line and any witness marks on the inner tyre if it’s still rubbing (a benefit of always leaving the car dirty!)

Have to say too that I spent 15mins too long in Nerriga the other day - you locals must be a very patient bunch with those road works going on. Should have parked up and enjoyed your very charming pub instead 🍻

No it was the right rear. I tied them all up as much as possible but both rear ones are a bit vulnerable to sticks.. I have 25km of dirt road to get to the bitumen which is littered with sticks after a windy day . Hard to dodge them all.

Yeah, the gully below the pub can close the road after a T’storm. A pain for now but worth the wait for the new crossing.
