In my view (and several friends) the Gren Seats are not good for support / comfort especially for extended driving. Your best bet, go to a local foam supplier and buy a 25-30mm thick (medium density seating foam) and cut it down to size to sit within the lateral supports of the seat, approx. 80-90mm off the seat board. What you need to do is avoid the hips (and from rotating back towards the rear seat rest, whilst providing support from L5 through to about T5 of your spine. My Chiro had a look at this seat and was baffled at how it ended up in an 'off road' vehicle.
For me, I purchased an off cut locally of medium density foam (about 400mm W x 600mm H) and trimmed it to fit in that crappy lumber recess the seat seems to have. Just the cut foam took about 80% of the issues away with the lumbar support (lack of) for this vehicle. The right-hand drive massive footrest intrusion and the oversized center console pushing against my left thigh all the time is another problem... cannot fix that.
Just try a foam backing for now, see how it goes.
If you want to spend some money and get a premium fit... a friend tried this below: https://www.morfit.com.au/products/morfit-original
Inflatable lumbar support that fits your personal seating preference (I am not far getting this myself ultimately...).
I think the seat is fine but the console pushing against my thigh is one of my pet peeves. It's just about 0.5-1" too much intrusion towards the drivers legs. I have a left hand drive vehicle to I sent notice the footwell bump.
