What options are available in the UK for a removable front mounted tow hitch and removeable front mounted winch? I've seen some aftermarket options online but wondered if any are suitable for use in the UK given different regulations?
When ordering my vehicle, I optioned the receiver for a front tow hitch which hides behind the front licence plate. This was with a view to occasionally mounting a cradle winch. However Ineos later advised that the fitting was not strong enough to accommodate the cradle winch.
I can however use the rear hitch in the front receiver for manoeuvring small trailers into position...they're invisible in the rear view mirrors if I try to back them into place..
I understood this option was/is available for UK orders
