Installed the "OPT7 Aura Interior Car Lights with Remote Control". Powered from 12V socket in center console. Remote control for 9 brightness settings, several color selections, music modes (random light pattern coordinated with music - LOL), etc. I simply wanted some dim white light in the footwell areas because I felt the interior was too dark at night. Installation was pretty simple.

I'm the complete opposite, I want the cabin as dark as possible at night, to the degree that I completely cover the screen when I can get away with not needing speedo, or partially when I do

Nm…. I found them. 🎉
Great. For your reference, I attached a few photos of how I installed them.
pic 1: I first removed (popped off) the trim on the side of the footwells (the right side panel if sitting in the RHD driver seat and the left side panel if sitting in the passenger seat). Pic 1 shows the passenger side.
pic 2: I then removed the panels that run along the side of the driver and passenger seat by removing the 2 screws shown in pic 1 and then popping off the panels.
pic 3: I made connections to the control module and put the control module in the area underneath the ventilation. I used a stick to pull the cables through.
pic 4: Shows where I drilled a hole to feed the cable from the 12v socket adapter. On my vehicle, I could see that there wasn't any other electrical or other components in the way to be able to drill directly into the center console area and adjacent to where the 12v socket is.

For the underside of the rear seats, you can affix them to the fabric (which may or may not lose adhesion over time), however, I simply fed the LED strip underneath the straps that hold the seat cover on, on the underside of the seats.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I'm very happy with the product and results.

Scotty this is fantastic! I was wondering how you got your wiring so clean. These pictures are definitely going to help. I’ll order the set and do this when the temperatures warm up here in Michigan. I might go for that set with the app control so I can fine-tune the color. I don’t want the lights to be too blue or too bright. Just enough to add some lighting so I can see at night lol. I wish that there was a way to keep the foot well lights on that come on when you open the doors. I guess it wouldn’t be a grenadier then if it did that 🤣
