Exterior trim issues

Has anyone seen this? It is relatively consistent all over the truck, kind of like a protective coating is wearing off. The truck is garage kept and hasn't been off road or scraped on anything (even though some of these look like scrapes). Wondering if I need to get the dealer to replace them or use some king of tai shine, although the bonnet checker plates have the same issue and they are a different material (obviously).

Have you washed/waxed the truck at all? If so, what products did you use?

Looks like wax residue. Hit it with some alcohol.

I've had it detailed a couple of times and wash it regularly (it was dirty in these pictures). I don't think the detail guy used wax, but it's a good question to ask him. Any specific product recommendations as far as alcohol?

Most defo Wax residue. Sack your detailer - he is rubbish.

We’ve got the same thing happening, especially around the windows. The IG is garaged and well cared for. No wax used here.

It will go away if you stop washing it... Was my experience.
