Hi friends,

yesterday i disconnected the battery from the electrical system for a couple of seconds.
After reconnect the battery I received many erros in the front display (ESC+ABS Airbag, Diff locks).
Do you know how what to do?

Disconnect it again. Then discharge any capacitors in the electronics by switching on something that is always live (brake pedal, horn etc).
Then reconnect.
The airbag light might stay on, but it will go with a bit of driving.

to reset or do what is called a hard reset disconnect the battery terminals and leave them disconnected for at least 10 minutes
You can also touch the cable terminals together for a few minutes ( do not connect battery terminals together just the cables when disconnected from the battery)
This will drain all voltage from the electronics in the car.
This is a Discovery 3 and 4 method of doing a hard reset
I am not familiar with the duel battery system in the IG so it would be advisable to disconnect both batteries, main starter first then the secondary battery would be the logical choice but a check of the owners manual may help as well

Thanks for good ideas.
Unfortunately it doesn't work.
Now I have to go to the dealer to reset the electrical system.
I will ask them, how is the procedure to disconnect the battery system if necessary.

Don't be too worried that when you reconnect the battery, things like the altimeter etc will not be working correctly. They take a while to calibrate.

Not done myself yet as had no need but others have said unlock car with fob, open door(s) then leave for 10-15mins until car goes to sleep (cabin lights off, main screen off) then disconnect battery.

Download and print out the Rok Dr Guide and use it next time, see Paragraph 13.2.

Welcome to the club. My car has been sitting at the dealership for two months even a reset won't return it to normal.

Warranty will replace my CAN gateway as an attempt to fix this

That won't work. He already triggered the errors. There is no way to reset it . The CAN gateway module fails and will require a complete replacement.

There is no fuse issue or spike at all. The Can Gw module will be bricked instantly and there is no way to fixing it.
it just seem like something besides a mere loss of power would do that. removing the terminals with a draw can cause voltage fluctuations.

That is why the post says use it next time, to avoid the errors and having to visit the dealer for a fix.
