Americas Elliot Bay Thread

Do any of you Elliott Bay guys have any feed back on how long yours sat at the Port of Tacoma? Mine arrived a week ago Sunday and is still there.
On a vessel that arrived on May 9th, my Grenadier was PDI'd and detailed by May 19th.

I have no doubt that they have no control over the delivery until it gets to the dealer. Pat at Elliott Bay has been great, I was just curious how long it has been taking from port arrival to dealer. Thanks for your responses. Mine arrived at the Port of Tacoma om 5/19 so its been there for 11 days already and I'm told it will be another 7 to 10 days for PDI and dealer installs. Not that I'm anxious or anything!

Pat emailed me Sunday (5/26) letting me know mine was at the port of Tacoma. Ineos website shows two orders (I only ordered 1) and the one that I did order shows Q3 delivery, lol.

I was originally told April/May, then it was updated to July and then pushed again to September. I’m fine with September because I have a couple vehicles and a flatbed car hauler to sell first to get my finances lined up. I was surprised to hear it’s here already and hoping they can delay deliver for a couple months. Fingers crossed.

My truck made their latest ad.

Hey Guys,

Does anyone have the EB Service Manager's name and email address?

Cheers.

Nope, but it would be nice to know-

Couple things for those that haven’t had service yet-

1) You go into the showroom
2) The “service desk” is actually the desk labeled “consignment” towards the garage
3) The folks for service run down from the bays to help.

I walked around for 15min looking for a service entrance before I went in and asked the sales guys.

Need to go back for the boot wash “feature” removal on the passenger side

For those who have not been to service...
Coming from the 5, stay on N 130th Street past Aurora. Make a right into the first driveway. I park just outside the roll up door and walk in. Use the glass doors to your right and once inside, make a quick right to the "consignment desk".

Stop by the new showroom in South Lake Union. It was fun chatting with the guys. Talked about the location and it should bring a ton of foot traffic plus it sits below Google. Fun fact, EBA asked if they could open a showroom in Bellevue, Ineos said no because it was to posh. Imagine that now that they have moved upstream. Here is some pics.

I just don't get a Seattle showroom- I would guess that most their sales go to the Eastside anyway. Parking isn't pleasant in Seattle, especially that area. I would hate to go there around 5pm after work and I just don't see people going "oooohhh let me drop in, I have never heard of Ineos"

Even Ferrari of Seattle moved to Redmond for service and Bellevue for sales. Ducati was in that general area of Ineos as well and it was a PIA.

I used to work within walking distance of SLU. I am glad EBA is in North Seattle on 99

I found no issues with parking and I popped over around 11. They have parking in the building but I ended up parkong across the street next to the MOHI.

It was easy to get to via I5. I actually had client meetings in the morning downtown and it took me 10 mins to go from near Rainier club to Ineos.

Ferrari was a pain being up in Cap Hill. Again its the dealer, service stays on 99.

Keep in mind people have complained that the 99 location is not attractive or safe place. You can't win no matter what.

Just an FYI- EBA now has an $1850 "Adventure Protection Package" whatever the heck that means (useless dealer markup?!?) on ever window sticker, even the window stickers that have yellowed in the sun..

I hate that.
