How shall I switch off eCall (emergency call system was not detected) warning on the display panel?

Don't worry about it. It will automatically go off on next restart if the recall system is detected.

Hi, guess you refer to a specific software component that shall automatically turn off when the car is restarted and recall system detected. That is not a case even after various stops in different locations. So, even the system reboots, the function in question is not disabled. The question now is how the car detects the recall system and why this permanent failure persists ?

Are you in Dubai? Is the eCall system adopted in Dubai in 2021 the same software/version that is used in the EU eCall system would be my question. Can you get eCall in the same location in another vehicle with eCall? In other words is this an issue with the vehicle eCall or is it a reception issue. In the first instance I think a phone call to your dealer might be a good idea.
In the EU and UK, eCall is a mandatory safety feature, therefore any warning raised cannot be turned off until the initial fault is addressed.
