I ordered one year ago and got the models in September. So it obviously takes some time…

I was told I’d get tracking information a couple of months ago, I got in touch earlier this week, Mike replied the next day wanting to confirm the colour and saying it’d be sent out next week. l live in hope!

Your craftsmanship looks outstanding and after reading the about your customer care I ordered one - it’s been 50 years since I built a model - lol - even with delays it should arrive before the real thing

Well I was wrong - got the actual Grenadier before the model - still waiting

I was going to order one of the models, but now seeing that the majority of people are not getting them (even though their website shows in stock), I am not.

It's been 9 months since I last heard from you.
The model I ordered and paid for has still not arrived.
The tracking you sent me never worked.
I find it sad to deal with people in this way and will soon publish your "business idea" in all media and social networks accessible to me.
I will give you a few more days to respond to this letter,

I have not received a reply to my letter, which I also published here.
For me, this means that I have been taken in by a fraudster and have thrown a few hundred euros out of the window.
Too bad, another lesson learned!
