Hello,
I want to remove the lower vertical interior trim of the B pillars (right and left). Does anyone know how they are attached and how to remove them? Thanks.

You need to remove both front and rear sill plates and wiring harness covers beneath them. Pull away the door rubbers. There are two screws (from memory) and if the cover does not come off, use a trim tool to lever it away from the B pillar. Usually, most trims are held in place with Christmas tree clips.

It's not a difficult job, just work slowly and methodically and avoid excessive force.

You may need to remove the middle trim section -refer to the Ineos workshop procedure attached, then as per @Znarfgh 's directions above.
I downloaded the attachment from this forum some time ago but cannot find it in a search of the media to acknowledge the person who made it available... 🤷‍♂️
